House rental in Normandy

La Maison du Perche is a 30 Hectare property located in a hilly and charming region of South Normandy, the ‘Perche’.

Surrounded by wood, fields with our animals (horses, sheeps, chickens…), be reassured that your time there will be cool and quiet, whether you’re looking for short or longer stays.

Our property is composed of 2 houses, La Garenne and La Thébaïde. They can be hired separately (3 bedrooms each with 6-7 sleeps ) or together (up to 13 sleeps). In any case, you will benefit from the glass room in between and enjoy restful and sunny moments there.

La Garenne

Covered with honeysuckle and wisteria when spring comes, La Garenne has ground floor terrace and garden that make your inside/outside life easier.

At the ground floor, you’ll find an pleasant living room with big fireplace (TV, DVD, iPod station), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine…) and a double room with open bathroom. At the first floor, another double room, a bathroom with bath and a twin room. No worries if you have young kids or babies, we are equipped (bed, chair, bath…)

Once again, a big glass door is opened on a flowerbed of aromatic herbs and the house is surrounded by nature. At the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a convivial stove (TV, DVD, iPod station) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine…). At the first floor, a double room, a triple room and a bathroom with bath. Then, a wonderful suite (double bed) with bathroom opened on fields and countryside ! Once again, no worries if you have young kids or babies, we have bed, chair, changing table…
